192.168.1.1 is a private IP address. Scamalytics do not attach a risk score to IP addresses which fall within the private IP address space. The reason for this is that anyone can use private IP addresses without approval, for perfectly legitimate reasons such as internal networks, and therefore we cannot reliably predict the risk of a new connection based on the history of the IP address.
